Unless you set up a website subscription box and have some means of capturing web site visitor details, it will be impossible to begin building your future/prospective customer base - "the list" that every serious and successful marketer talks about.

And what about keeping in touch with those visitors whose names and email addresses you have captured? I, personally, do not use the free auto-responder facility provided by my host because, it seems to me, that the restrictions imposed and inherent risk of spam complaints are a real turn off!  You may feel differently in which case explore this avenue.

Of the paid-for auto-responder software programs, there are pros and cons of using the PC/server-based ones and those which are hosted remotely and to which you subscribe on a regular basis.

THE PC/SERVER-BASED VARIETY are as follows:
